Q: Does our group information need to be finalized at the time of registration? A: You can register whomever going at the moment and add people later.
Q: Do I have to pay the entire amount at the time of registration? A: You do not have to pay the whole amount. You can follow a payment plan. If you add people after registration, you can catch up when payments are made.
Q: I am having an issue setting up my payment schedule. Who do I call? A: If you have any challenges with registration, you can call our Council office at 575-622-3461.
Q: Where can I find the Leader's Guide?
Q: Does WMC have a swimming pool? A: No. Currently we do not have a swimming facility.
Q: Do you have any policies around such allergies? Food labels available to review? A: We have a form that you fill out for dietary needs and then we also connect you with our chef and he will make sure you are taken care of. He does a very good job with allergies.
Q: How is the food at Wehinahpay? A: Amazing!! Our kitchen staff is from a catering company that works with schools and other large events and they take their responsibilities very seriously.
Q: How old are the showers and restrooms? A: The showerhouses at the Palo Verdo and Chisum campsites were updated in 2016.
Q: Is wi-fi-available? A: Yes. Limited and regulated wi-fi is available to adults-only, by request, on a case-by-case basis.
Q: Do your adult tents have electricity accessibility? Or do I need a backup battery for my cpap machine? A:CPAP batteries are available through the med lodge to those needing one. There is a small deposit for the equipment.

Q: As an adult will have a tent alone? A: Adults we try to put alone but depends on availability if we are particularly full they might share with another adult from their unit.
Q: Are cots provided for the tents? A: Yes. Cots are provided.
Q: How far apart are each of the classes? A: From Crystal Lake to Range Sports is a 15-20 minute hike. A map has been provided for more details.
Q: Do you need campers in training (CIT)? A: We are always open to receiving applications from prospective CIT team members.
